First Time Guests
When you arrive in the parking lot at Awaken, look for the Awaken Kids flags to enter our Awaken Kids Check-In Space. You will be greeted by our Awaken Kids Hospitality Team where they will have you fill out a simple form so we can get you a tag for your child and a matching pick-up tag for you as the parent. Our team will then guide you to your child’s age specific classroom space to check-in with their leader. All of our Awaken Kids Staff and Volunteers have undergone a background check.
Check-In
Your family is important to us. On your first visit, we will need the following information: Parent/legal guardian names, children's names and birthdates, address, phone number and any special instructions (allergies, special needs) for each child. This information is to help maintain our secure check-in System.
Safety
Your child's safety is our top priority. All Awaken Kids volunteers pass a background check. Each service has their own security team to ensure your child's safety. We use a security tag system for child check-in and pick-up, and a paging system for parents/guardians in case we need to reach you during the service.
