Our Food Pantry is located at 4940 Pan American Blvd. in North Port. The contact number is (941) 200-2739.
The Pantry is open several days each week with a drive through, contactless distribution on Fridays from 10-12.
At Awaken, we’re committed to Compassion, it’s one of our core values! Compassion is from a latin origin and is actually made up of two words meaning “to suffer with”. That’s why we’ve created this page… We want to come alongside people who need a hand and see what we can do to make a difference.
We are creating a network within our church family and with other strategic partners to try and meet the needs in our community. So whatever you may be in need of drop us a line, and there might just be a contact who has just exactly what you’re looking for.
Just recently, someone in our church was in need of a washer and went to Facebook with that need, within an hour, they were connected with someone that had a spare washer in the garage. Our hope is that by connecting people in this way, we will be able to pool our resources a little more effectively!
